Peter G Cavey FRICS

Chairman and Founder

Peter has been practising as Chartered Surveyors and Valuer in County Durham and Teesside for in excess of 40 years with particular specialism in the Hartlepool Area. The business was established in 1997 when Peter bought the professional services, commercial estate agency and property management arm of Manners and Harrison from Royal Insurance Property Services.

Peter has acted for a wide range of public and private sector clients as well as providing secured lending Valuations to most High Street Banks. Particular areas of specialism include homebuyers reports, lettings and acquisitions, landlord and tenant, valuations and compulsory purchase.

Simon Cavey MRICS

Managing Director

Simon has Batchelor of Arts (Honours) in Economics from the University of Newcastle-upon-Tyne. On completion of his Economics degree he went on to obtain a Masters Degree in Real Estate Management with commendation from the University of Northumbria which led into the 2 year APC period and thereafter qualification as Chartered Surveyor at his first sitting.

Simon has over 13 years experience and has acted for a range of property investors, occupiers and developers as well as providing secured lending Valuations for a number of High Street banks. Areas of specialism include Landlord and Tenant, Agency, Acquisition, Investment and Valuation.

Julie Hardy

Director

Julie has a BSc (Hons) in Estate Management  from the College of Estate Management at Reading. Julie has worked in both the private and public sector and a broad spectrum of experience ranging from agency, residential lettings, disposal, acquisition, landlord and tenant, service charge and property management in her 25 year career.
